The low cell over the Central and the East interacts with the moderate southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand affect torrential rain and isolated heavy rain over the country, especially in the North, the Central, the East and the South west coast. During 16-19 May, people the risky areas near waterways should beware of flooding condition. Wind-wave in the Andaman Sea is likely about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
