"Heavy Rainfall and Strong Wind-Waves"
No. 21 Time Issued : June 14, 2013

The strong monsoon trough across the Central, the East and the lower Northeast begin to be weak but the active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Torrential rain and heavy to very heavy falls are expected much of the Central, the East and the western South till 15 June. People in Nakhon Nayok, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun should beware of severe conditions.

The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf till 19 June. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
