Torrential rain and isolated heavy rain occur over the country, especially in the North, the Central, the East and the South west coast. During 16-19 May, people the risky areas near waterways should beware of flooding condition. Wind-wave in the Andaman Sea is likely about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
