Summer Storm in upper Thailand

The heat low still covers upper Thailand and the westerly trough will move to the upper Northeast of Thailand and Laos tomorrow.
Outbreaks of summer thunderstorms will decline while hail, gusty winds including lighting strike will also be possible in provinces of Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom and Nakhon Ratchasima. Please stay safe from the severe conditions by keeping off an open area, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers are advised to prepare for crops damages.
The final advisory is in effect on 19 March 2019 at 11.00 p.m.

The heat low covers upper Thailand while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the upper country. Hot to very hot spell during the day in the upper country with possible thundershowers in some areas of the upper Northeast, the upper Central and the East. The easterly wind prevails across the South and cause isolated rain over the areas. During 23-26 March 2019, another high pressure from China will extend to cover the upper Northeast and the South China Sea while hot weather remains over the country. Thunderstorm with gusty winds and hails are forecast for upper Thailand. People should stay safe from the severe conditions by keeping off from an open area, big trees and unsecured billboards.
