Thailand
The tropical depression in the lower Gulf of Thailand in the first day of the week slowly moved west-northwestwards to the middle Gulf of Thailand and later downgraded into the active low pressure cell in the afternoon of 7 Nov. before moved to cover Chumphon and Prachuap KhiriI Khan provinces and later moved to cover the Andaman Sea in the afternoon of the next day. In addition, the moderate northeast monsoon prevailed over Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand during the second half of the week. These conditions caused abundant rainfall in southern Thailand nearly the whole week. For upper Thailand, under the influence of the active high pressure area covered upper Thailand on the first day of the week and later weakened caused increasing in temperature and rainfall over upper Thailand however the weather remain cool mainly in northern and northeastern parts.    
Northern Part
Cool weather in general during early week then increasing in temperature with cool weather nearly the whole areas mainly in the upper portion. Cold weather in mountainous areas and mountaintop. Fairly widespread rain on the first day of the week then isolated rain with heavy rainfall in some areas. 38.4 mm at Phuphing Ratchaniwet Chiang Mai on 11 Nov.  16.0 º C at Mae Sariang Mae Hong Son on 6 Nov. (8.0 º C at Doi Intanon ChiangMai on 12 Nov.)  
Northeastern Part
Cool weather in general during the first half of the week then increasing in temperature with cool weather nearly the whole areas. Cold weather in mountainous areas and mountaintop. Isolated rain almost the week. 19.3 mm at Ban Thaen Chaiyaphum on 10 Nov.  17.6 º C at Nakhon Phanam Agromet Stn Nakhon Phanam on 6 Nov. (8.0 º C at Phu Luang Wildlife Sanctuary Loei on 6 Nov.)  
Central Part
Cool weather nearly the whole areas during early week then increasing in temperature with cool weather in some areas. Scattered to fairly widespread rain except for isolated rain during 7-9 Nov. 33.2 mm at Mueang Ratcha Buri on 11 Nov.  18.1 º C at Mueang Kanchanaburi on 6 Nov. 
Eastern Part
Cool weather nearly the whole areas on the first day of the week then increasing in temperature with cool weather in some areas. Isolated rain with heavy rainfall in some areas during the first half of the week then fairly widespread to widespread rain with heavy rainfall in some areas. 51.1 mm at Mueang Chanthaburi on 12 Nov.  20.8 º C at Sanam Chai Khet Chachoengsao on 6 Nov.  
Southern Part (East Coast)
Cool weather in some areas. Fairly widespread to widespread rain nearly the whole week with heavy to very heavy rainfall in some areas. Flood occurred at Prachuap Khiri Khan province on 8 Nov. 158.3 mm at Thung Yang Dang Pattani on 8 Nov.  20.0 º C at Nong Phlub Agromet Stn. Prachuap Khiri Khan on 6 Nov. 
Southern Part (West Coast)
Cool weather in some areas. Isolated to scattered rain during early week then fairly widespread to widespread rain with heavy rainfall in some areas. 69.7 mm at Trang Airport Trang on 8 Nov.  19.5 º C at Nuea Khlong Krabi on 10 Nov. 
Metropolitan
Cool weather nearly the whole areas on the first day of the week. Isolated to scattered rain except for widespread rain on 11 Nov. 7.8 mm at Bangkok Metropolis Khet Khlong Toei on 11 Nov. and at Bangkok Port Khet Khlong Toei on 11 Nov. ( 28.4 mm at Nakhon Pathom Agriculture Office on 11 Nov.)  22.7 º C at Bangkok Airport Khet Don Mueang on 6 Nov. Vicinity (20.5 º C at Kamphaeng Saen Nakhon Pathom on 6 Nov.)
