Thailand
The active high pressure area which covered upper Thailand and the South China Sea was weakened during the first half of the week then another high pressure area from China extended its ridge to cover the mentioned area. These conditions caused cool weather over upper Thailand with cold weather in the northern and northeastern parts. Under the influence of the low pressure cell which cover the coast of Malaysia moved to cover the lower southern part during mid-week after that it moved to cover the Andaman Sea and Sumatra respectively accompanied with the northeast monsoon which prevailed over the Gulf of Thailand and southern part was strengthen during the first half of the week causing abundant rainfall in southern part almost the whole week.    
Northern Part
Generally cool weather with cold weather in some areas of the upper portion. Cold to very cold weather in the mountainous areas and mountain tops. Frost occurred at Doi Inthanon in Chiang Mai province on 29 and 30 Nov.   14.0 º C at Chaing Rai Agromet Sth. Chaing Rai on 3 Dec.(3.3 º C at Kew Mae Pan Chom Thong Chiang Mai on 30 Nov, 1 Dec) 
Northeastern Part
Generally cool weather throughout the week with cold weather in some areas of the upper portion on the first and last days of the week. Cold weather in mountainous areas and mountaintop.   15.8 º C at Nakhon Phanom Agromet Stn Nakhon Phanom on 3 Dec. (8.5 º C at Phu Luang Wildlife Sanctuary Loei on 27 Nov.)  
Central Part
Cool weather nearly the whole areas almost the week.   19.7 º C at Takfa Agromet Stn. Kanchanaburi on 27 Nov. 
Eastern Part
Cool weather in several areas of the upper portion. Isolated light rain on 28 and 29 Nov. 2.7 mm at Mueang Trat on 29 Nov.  20.4 º C at Sanam Chai Khet Chachoengsao on 28 Nov. 
Southern Part (East Coast)
Cool weather in several areas during early and middle week. Fairly widespread to widespread rain with heavy to very heavy rainfall in several areas occurred from Prachuap Khiri Khan southwards. Floods continuously occurred from last week at Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Pattalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat provinces. 330.4 mm at Tha Sala Nakhon Si Thammarat on 29 Nov.  20.5 º C at Mueang Narathiwat on 29, 30 Nov, 1 Dec 
Southern Part (West Coast)
Cool weather in several areas. Scattered rain during early week then fairly widespread to widespread rain with heavy rainfall in some areas. Flood continuously occurred from last week at Trang and Satun provinces. 88.4 mm at Trang Airport Trang on 29 Nov.  19.6 º C at Nuea Khlong Krabi on 30 Nov. 
Metropolitan
Cool weather in some areas of vicinity.   23.7 º C at Don Mueang Airport Khet Don Mueang on 3 Dec. (21.8 º C at Kamphaeng Saen Nakhon Pathom on 28 Nov.)
