Thailand
The moderate high pressure area covered upper Thailand and the South China Sea on the first day of the week then another rather active high pressure area from China extended its ridge to cover the mentioned areas and later weakened during the second half of the week. In addition, the westerly through moved to cover northern and upper northeastern parts during the first half of the week. These conditions caused generally cool weather and cold weather in some areas in upper Thailand during the first half of the week then increasing in temperature. Isolated rain occurred with very heavy rainfall in some areas of upper Thailand. Under the influence of the northeast monsoon which prevailed over the southern part and the Gulf of Thailand throughout the week and strengthened during the early week caused rainfall occurred in southern part throughout the week with heavy to very heavy rainfall in some areas mainly along the east coast.    
Northern Part
Generally cool weather and cold weather in several areas of the upper portion during the first half of the week then increasing in temperature with cool weather remained in general. Fog occurred in some areas during the second half of the week. Cold to very cold weather in mountainous areas and mountaintop. Frost occurred at Doi Inthanon in Chiang Mai province on 28 Nov. Isolated light to moderate rain during the weekend 25.4 mm at Lom Sak Phetchabun on 2 Dec.  13.0 º C at Nan Agromet. Stn. Nan on 28 Nov. (1.7 º C at Kew Mae Pan, Chom Thong Chiang Mai on 28 Nov.)  
Northeastern Part
Generally cool weather during the first half of the week and cold weather in some areas of Loei province on 27 Nov. then increasing in temperature with cool weather remained in nearly the whole areas. Fog occurred in some areas during the second half of the week. Cold weather in mountainous areas and mountaintop. Scattered to fairly widespread rain during the early week then isolated rain with very heavy rainfall in some areas of Nakhon Ratchasima province on 2 Dec. 105.2 mm at Pakchong Agromet Stn. Nakhon Ratchasima on 2 Dec.  15.6 º C at Loei Agromet Stn. Loei on 27 Nov. (9.0 º C at Phu Rue National Park Loei on 27, 28 Nov.  
Central Part
Cool weather in the upper portion almost the whole areas during the first half of the week then increasing in temperature with cool weather remained in some areas. Isolated rain on the last day of the week. 18.9 mm at Tha Rua Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya on 2 Dec.  19.0 º C at Thong Phaphum Kanchanaburi on 27, 28 Nov. 
Eastern Part
Cool weather in several areas during the first half of the week then increasing in temperature with cool weather remained in some areas. Isolated light to moderate rain during 26-28 Nov. and 1 Dec. 22.5 mm at Soi Dao Chanthaburi on 27 Nov.  20.1 º C at Sanam Chai Khet Chachoengsao on 26 Nov. 
Southern Part (East Coast)
Cool weather in the morning in several areas during the early week and weekend. Scattered to fairly widespread rain with heavy to very heavy rainfall in some areas except for isolated rain with heavy rainfall in some areas on 26 Nov. 131.0 mm at Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat on 27 Nov.  19.3 º C at Nong Phlub Agromet Stn. Prachuap Khiri Khan on 26 Nov. 
Southern Part (West Coast)
Cool weather in the morning in some areas during the early week. Isolated to scattered rain except for fairly widespread rain with heavy rainfall in some areas during 27-28 Nov. and 2 Dec. 41.0 mm at Nuea Khlong Krabi on 27 Nov.  21.5 º C at Mueang Ranong on 26 Nov. 
Metropolitan
Cool weather in the morning in some areas of vicinity. Isolated rain on 27 Nov. 2.0 mm at Bangkok Port Khet Klong Toei on 27 Nov.  23.2 º C at Don Muang Airport Khet Don Muang on 26, 29 Nov. (20.0 º C at Kamphaeng Saen Nakhon Pathom on 26 Nov.
