Thailand
The high pressure areas from China covered the northeastern part and the South China Sea throughout the period and later weakened during the second half of the period. In addition, the westerly trough moved through the northern and northeastern parts during the second half of the period and the southeasterly wind prevailed over the central and eastern parts during early and late period. These conditions caused cool weather in almost areas over upper Thailand and cold weather in the northern and northeastern parts. Isolated rainfall was found in upper Thailand during the second half of the week. In southern part, the easterly wind which prevailed over the Gulf of Thailand and the southern part was active during mid-period, abundant rainfall was found during the middle and the end of the period.    
Northern Part
Generally cool weather with cold weather in many areas in the upper portion. Cold to very cold weather in mountainous areas and mountain tops.   11.4 º C at Mae Sariang Mae Hong Son on 7 Feb. (3.5 º C at Doi Inthanon, Chom Thong Chiang Mai on 11 Feb) 
Northeastern Part
Generally cool weather with cold weather in some areas during early and mid-period then increasing in temperature to cool weather in many areas. Cold weather in mountainous areas and mountain tops. Isolated light rain during late period. 5.2 mm at Na Thom Nakhon Phanom on 12 Feb.  14.4 º C at Nakhon Phanom Agromet. Stn. Nakhon Phanom on 10 Feb. (8.0 º C at Phu Kradung National Park Loei on 11 Feb.) 
Central Part
Cool weather nearly the whole areas in the upper portion. Isolated light rain on 9 Feb. 3.7 mm at Wat Phleng Ratchaburi on 9 Feb.  17.9 º C at Thong Pha Phum Kanchanaburi on 10 Feb. 
Eastern Part
Cool weather in several areas during the first half of the period then increasing in temperature to cool weather in some areas. Isolated rain during the second half of the period. 10.0 mm at Mueang Rayong on 11 Feb.  19.6 º C at Mueang Sa Kaeo on 8 Feb. 
Southern Part (East Coast)
Cool weather nearly the whole areas during the first half of the period then increasing in temperature to cool weather in many areas. Scattered to fairly widespread rain during the middle and the end of the period with heavy to very heavy rainfall. 169.8 mm at Yi-ngo Narathiwat on 12 Feb.  18.5 º C at Phra Sang Surat Thani on 8 Feb. 
Southern Part (West Coast)
Cool weather nearly the whole areas during the first half of the period then increasing in temperature to cool weather in some areas. Isolated to scattered rain during the middle and the end of the period with heavy rainfall in some areas. 44.5 mm at Trang Rubber Experimental Stat Trang on 9 Feb.  20.5 º C at Mueang Satun on 8 Feb. 
Metropolitan
Cool weather in some areas of Vicinity. Isolated light rain on the first day of the period. 44.5 mm at Trang Rubber Experimental Stat Trang on 9 Feb.
