Thailand
The easterly wave moved through the lower northeastern, eastern and lower central parts during the first half of the period accompanied with the moderate southwest monsoon prevailed over the Andaman Sea and Thailand during the second half of the period. In addition, the low pressure cell covered Laos and upper Vietnam on 28-29 Jul. These conditions caused rainfall over upper Thailand mainly the second half of the period while abundant rainfall over the southern part throughout the period.    
Northern Part
Isolated rain except for scattered to fairly widespread rain on 27-29 Jul. Heavy rainfall was reported in some areas almost the period. Gusty wind occurred at Phitsanulok province on 25 Jul. and Phayao province on 27 Jul. Flash flood occurred at Mae Hong Son province on 27 Jul., at Lamphun and Lampang provinces on 28 Jul. 67.5 mm at Khaosai Thapklo Phittaya School Phichit on 28 Jul.   
Northeastern Part
Isolated to scattered rain except for fairly widespread rain on 28 Jul. Heavy to very heavy rainfall was reported in some areas mainly during the second half of the period. Flash flood occurred at Nakhon Ratchasima province on 28 Jul. 178.2 mm at Mueang Amnat Charoen on 28 Jul.   
Central Part
Scattered to fairly widespread rain with heavy rainfall in some areas except for isolated rain on 26, 27 and 30 Jul. Gusty wind occurred at Saraburi province on 24 Jul. and at Ratchaburi and Samut Songkhram provinces on 28 Jul. 74.4 mm at Mueang Lop Buri on 28 Jul.   
Eastern Part
Isolated to scattered rain except for fairly widespread rain with heavy rainfall in some areas on 24, 28 and 29 Jul. 74.0 mm at Ko Chang Trat on 28 Jul.   
Southern Part (East Coast)
Scattered to fairly widespread rain with heavy rainfall in several areas and very heavy rainfall in some areas. Flash flood occurred at Yala province on 26 Jul. and at Surat Thani province on 29 Jul. 129.3 mm at Mueang Yala on 26 Jul.   
Southern Part (West Coast)
Fairly widespread rain with heavy to very heavy rainfall in some areas. Flash flood occurred at Krabi province on 28 Jul. 97.8 mm at Mu Ko Libong Non-hunting Area Trang on 28 Jul.   
Metropolitan
Fairly widespread rain almost the period with heavy rainfall in some areas. Flash flood occurred at Samut Sakhon province on 25 Jul. 82.8 mm at Samakkhi Sutthawat School Khet Bang Phlat on 24 Jul. (55.5 mm at Kamphaeng Saen Nakhon Pathom on 25 Jul.)
