Thailand
The high pressure area from China extended its ridge to cover upper Thailand throughout the period and weakened during the second half of the period. In addition, the northeast monsoon which prevailed over the Gulf of Thailand and the southern part was weakened in the second half of the period and the monsoon trough lay across Malaysia and Indonesia during late period. These conditions caused cool weather in most areas of upper Thailand during the first half of the period especially in the northern and northeastern parts that experienced cold weather in some places then increasing in temperature in several areas. Unseasonable rainfall was found in the northeastern part during middle period due to typhoon “VAMCO (2022)” made landfall over Dong Hoi, Vietnam on 15 Nov and dissipated over Laos. For the southern part, abundant rainfall was found mainly along the east coast.    
Northern Part
Generally cool weather with cold weather in some areas in the upper portion during the first half of the period then increasing in temperature but cool weather remained in almost areas. Cold to very cold weather in mountainous areas and mountain tops.   13.0 º C at Chiang Rai Agromet. Stn. Chiang Rai on 15 Nov. (5.1 º C at Kew Mae Pan, Doi Inthanon Chiang Mai on 15 Nov.)  
Northeastern Part
Generally cool weather throughout the period with cold weather in some areas during early period. Cold weather in mountainous areas and mountain tops. Light rain occurred in some areas during mid-period. 3.2 mm at Na Kae Post Office Nakhon Phanom on 15 Nov. and at Nakhon Phanom Agromet. Stn. Nakhon Phanom on 15 Nov.   13.2 º C at Nakhon Phanom Agromet. Stn. Nakhon Phanom on 14 Nov. (9.0 º C at Phuluang Wildlife Sanctuary Loei on 13 Nov.)  
Central Part
Cool weather nearly the whole areas during the first half of the period then increasing in temperature to cool weather in several areas.   17.3 º C at Chai Badan Lop Buri on 15 Nov. 
Eastern Part
Cool weather in several areas during the first half of the period then increasing in temperature to cool weather in some areas. Isolated rain during late period. 22.8 mm at Khlong Yai Trat on 19 Nov.  18.1 º C at Sanam Chai Khet Chachoengsao on 15 Nov. (15.0 º C at Khao Kheow, Mueang Nakhon Nayok on 14 Nov.)  
Southern Part (East Coast)
Scattered to fairly widespread rain almost the period with heavy to very heavy rainfall in some areas. 143.4 mm at Mueang Songkhla on 14 Nov.  18.5 º C at Nong Plub Agromet. Stn. Prachuap Khiri Khan on 15 Nov. 
Southern Part (West Coast)
Scattered to fairly widespread rain except for isolated rain on 15 - 16 Nov. Heavy rainfall was found in some areas on the first day of the period. 67.0 mm at Palian Trang on 13 Nov.  21.3 º C at Nuea Khlong Krabi on 13 Nov. 
Metropolitan
Cool weather in several areas during the first half of the period then increasing in temperature to cool weather in some areas.   21.2 º C at Bang Na Agromet. Stn. Khet Bang Na on 15 Nov. (17.4 º C at Kamphaeng Saen Nakhon Pathom on 14 Nov.)
