The monsoon trough moves up to lie across the upper South and the East into the low pressure cell over Cambodia while the easterly wind and the southeasterly wind bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf to the lower Northeast and the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East. More rain is lilkely over the country and isolated heavy rains in the lower Northeat, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity the South with isolated very heavy rain in the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. The winds and waves in the Andaman Sea are likely about 1 meter while the wave below 1 meter in the Gulf and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
