The rather strong high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leads to outbreaks of thundershower and gusty wind likely first before cool spells decreasing by 1-3 C and strong winds following. People stay safe and keep healthy. The northeast monsoon across the Gulf will intensify with more rain and isolated heavy downpours in the South. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South while the tropical depression KIROGIdowngraded to low pressure over the upper Gulf causes more rain is likely in the lower Central, Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity, the East and the upper South.The moderate wind waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea.
