Subject: Cool to cold in
Thailand
Heavy Rain in the South and
Strong wind-waves in the Gulf

During 22-23
November 2025, the
low-pressure cell covers the lower Andaman
Sea and Malaysia while the rather strong northeast monsoon still prevails over
the upper Gulf, the upper South and the upper Andaman Sea with
scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rains in the lower South. People in the lower
South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may
cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills
and lowlands. People along the Gulf shore should beware of inshore surges.
The rather strong wind forces the waves in the Gulf
and the Andaman Sea offshore up to be 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high
in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off
thundershowers, small boats in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea offshore keep
ashore lasting 23 November 2025.
The strong high-pressure system from China remains over upper Thailand.
Cool to cold weather are forecast in the upper country. On mountaintops of the
North and the Northeast, cold to very cold is forecast. People in the
upper country should beware of cool to cold weather and beware of fire due to dry
air. After that, an increase
in temperature with morning fog are forecast in the upper country while
cool to cold weather is possible in the North and the Northeast regions. People
should keep healthy due to the changeable weather, and all transport take more
caution in poor visibility.
