From 27 to 30 May, the stronger southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf, and the low-pressure cell over lower Vietnam will move through the country to Martaban Gulf, Myanmar. More rain and gusty winds will be likely over the country while isolated heavy to very heavy rains are forecast for the lower North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South regions. People should beware of severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows.

Northeast: Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Kalasin, Roi Et, Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.
East: Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
South: Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
28 May 2023
North: Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.

East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
South: Phetchaburi Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
In addition, the stronger wind forces the wave up to 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and in thundershowers more than 3 meters high while the waves in the upper Gulf are 1-2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore lasting 30 May.
