Subject: Heavy to very heavy
Rain in the South
and Strong wind-waves in the
Gulf
(Effect until 16 December 2025)

During 14-16 December 2025, heavy to very
heavy rains still be in the lower South such as
Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Krabi,
Trang, and Satun due to the northeast monsoon which prevail across the Gulf and
the South will be strengthen. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely
2-3 meters and above 3 meters in the thundershowers. The waves in the upper
Gulf are about 2 meters and above 2 meters in the thundershowers.
People should
beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that cause flash flood
and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All
ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in
the lower Gulf keep ashore.
Another high-pressure system from China extend to cover the upper
Thailand. At the first period, lead to Isolated rains in the upper country with
a decrease in temperature and strong wind. A decrease in
temperature by 3-5 °C is likely in the Northeast while a decrease in
temperature by 2-4 °C is likely in the North, the Central, Bangkok including
vicinity and the East regions. People in the upper country should keep healthy
due to cold weathers. Farmer should prevent for crop's damage.
