Subject: Heavy to very heavy
Rain in the South
and Strong wind-waves in the
Gulf
(Effect until 16 December 2025)

During 15-16
December 2025,
heavy to very heavy rains still be in the lower South such
as
Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Trang, and Satun due to the rather strong northeast monsoon prevail across the Gulf and the
South. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are likely 2-3 meters and above 3
meters in the thundershowers. The waves in the upper Gulf are about 2 meters
and above 2 meters in the thundershowers.
People should
beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that cause flash flood
and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. All
ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in
the lower Gulf keep ashore.
The high-pressure system from China extend to cover the upper Thailand with
a decrease in temperature by 1-2 °C and strong wind. People in the upper
country should keep healthy due to cold weathers. Farmer should prevent for
crop's damage.
