The monsoon trough will shift across upper northern Thailand and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell in Tonkin Bay. In addition, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain will be forecast across the country while heavy to very heavy rains will be possible in some places of the North, the Northeast, the Central region including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South regions. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transport takes more caution in thundershowers.

Northeast: Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
Central: Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
East: Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat
South: Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi.

East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
South: Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
In the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand, the wind becomes rather strong with waves 2-3 meters high and more than 3 meters high in thundershowers. The lower Gulf has waves about 2 meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep ashore lasting 3 August.
