The active low-pressure cell covers the upper Gulf of Thailand and the East. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough across the upper South causes isolated heavy to very heavy rains. People should beware of severe condition that may causes flash flood and overflows, especially along the foothills near the waterways and lowlands.
Affected areas are as followings:
24 November 2022
North: Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.
Northeast: Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram and Surin.
Central: Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chainat, Sing Buri, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon including Bangkok and its vicinity.
East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
South: Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
The winds force the waves in the lower Gulf and the upper Andaman about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. The upper Gulf and the lower Andaman Sea has waves 1-2 meters high about 2 meters high and in thundershowers. All ships proceed with caution.
