Subject: Storm “BUALOI”
and heavy to very heavy rain in Thailand
No.4 (265/2025)

At 01.00 p.m.
LST (27 September 2025), severe tropical storm “BUALOI” over the middle South
China Sea was intensify to typhoon. At 04.00 p.m. was centered at latitude 15.2 degrees north and longitude 113.2
degrees east with maximum sustained winds about 120 km./hr. This storm is moving west-northwest with a speed of 35 km/hr. It
is expected to make landfall over upper Vietnam during 28-29 September 2025. Storm “BUALOI” is forecast to downgrade respectively.
The
storm “BUALOI” effects to the strong monsoon through will lie across the lower North,
the upper Central and the Northeast and the southwest monsoon prevailing over
the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf becomes rather strong during 28-30 September 2025. Heavy rain is
likely in many places over country with isolated very heavy rain in the North,
the Northeast, the East and the South west coast. People in the country should
beware of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulation that may cause flash floods
and overflows especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The
wind force waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to 2-3 meters
high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea
should proceed with caution. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep
ashore during 28–30 September 2025.
