Storm SANBA No. 13 (284/2023)

At 10.00 a.m. on 20 October, tropical storm SANPA over Guangdong, China, was centered at latitude 21.2 degrees North and longitude 109.8 degrees East. With sustained winds about 65 km/hr, the storm is moving southwest slowly to decline to the tropical depression and an active low-pressure cell, respectively. This storm has no direct effect on Thailand’s weather.
