Storm SANBA No. 15 (286/2023)

At 7.00 p.m. on 20 October, tropical storm SANPA was downgraded to tropical depression. Later, at 10.00 p.m. the storm was declined to an active low-pressure cell over Hainan, China. It is moving south slowly to decline as a low-pressure cell, respectively. This storm has no direct effect on Thailand’s weather.

This final advisory is in effect on 20 October 2023, at 11.00 p.m.
