Subject: Tropical Storm “PRAPIROON”

At 7.00 a.m. ICT (23 July 2024), the tropical storm “PRAPIROON” has made landfall over Quang Ninh, Vietnam. At 1.00 p.m. it was centre at latitude 21.6 degrees North, longitude 107.3 degrees East with sustained winds about 75 km/hr. It is moving north-northwest slowly. It is expected to downgrade to tropical depression and low-pressure cell respectively. This storm with no direct effect on Thailand’s weather. The travelers should check the weather conditions before traveling.
This final advisory is in effect on 23 July 2024, at 5.00 p.m.
