At 1.00 a.m. LST (15 November 2024), the tropical storm “TORAJI” over the upper South China Sea was down to the tropical depression. At 04.00 a.m., This storm was downgrade to an active low-pressure cell. This storm will not move to Thailand with no direct effect on Thailand’ weather. The travelers should check the weather forecast for the region you're going to be visiting.
