Subject: Tropical storm “YINXING”

No.19 (280/2024)

At 1.00 p.m. LST (12 November 2024), the tropical storm “YINXING” over the coast of middle Vietnam has make landfall over Binh Dinh, Vietnam and was down to the tropical depression. At 01.00 p.m., This storm was downgrade to an active low pressure cell. This storm will not present direct effect to Thailand. The travelers should check the weather forecast for the region you're going to be visiting
