Typhoon KOINU No. 10 (271/2023)

At 11.00 p.m. on 9 October, Tropical Storm KOINU over the coast of southern China has weakened into a tropical depression. Then, at 1.00 a.m. on 10 October, it has declined to a low-pressure cell with no direct effect on Thailand’s weather.

This final advisory is in effect on 10 October 2023, at 5.00 a.m.
