The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand with a decrease in temperatures and strong winds. In the Northeast, a decrease by 2-4 degree Celsius is likely while 1-3 degree decreases in the North, the Central and the East regions. Otherwise, there remain isolated heavy rains in the lower Central on 11 October. People should beware of variable weather and keep healthy. In the middle South, the monsoon trough lies across with heavy to very heavy rains in some of the whole South.
Affected areas are as followings:

Central: Ratchaburi and Samut Songkhram.
South: Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Ranong, Phang Nga and Phuket
The winds force the waves in the Gulf up about 2 meters high and in thundershowers more than 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution lasting 14 October.
