"Category 1 Active Low-Pressure Cell"

No. 11 Time Issued October 15, 2020
     At 01.00 a.m., a category 2 tropical depression has downgraded into as a category 1 active low-pressure cell over Heu Phan, Lao. It influences the eastern North and upper the Northeast of Thailand with increasing rainfall.

        In addition, the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand associated with the strong monsoon tough prevails across the lower Central, the upper South, and the East. Continuous rains with some heavy rain will be likely in the East, and the South. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand are 2-3 meters high and more than 3 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.

        This final advisory is in effect on 15 October 2020, at 05.00 a.m.
