Weather Warning "Category 4 Severe Tropical Storm “Saudel”" No. 3 Time Issued October 22, 2020 |
| At 4.00 a.m. on 22 October, the Category 4 severe tropical storm SAUDEL over the middle South China Sea was centered at latitude 16.4 degrees north, longitude 116.2 degrees east with the maximum sustained winds about 100 km/hr. It is moving west slowly, expected to make landfall over the upper coast of Vietnam from 25-26 October 2020 and rapidly downgrade into the low cell. Isolated rain with strong wind is likely over the eastern and the lower portion of the Northeast.
