"Category 3 Tropical Storm GONI"
No. 4 Time Issued November 3, 2020
     At 4.00 p.m. today (3 November), Tropical storm GONI over the middle South China Sea or latitude 14.8 degrees north, longitude 115.0 degrees east. With its maximum sustained winds about 65 km/hr, it is moving west slowly. The storm is likely to make landfall over middle Vietnam by 5 November and it will downgrade, respectively. More rain with strong winds will be expected for upper Thailand.

        The advisory is in effect on 3 November 2020, at 5.00 p.m.
