was downgrade to the low pressure cover the Gulf of Thailand during 23-24 December 2020. More rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat. People in the South should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash flood.

        The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. The strong wind and waves are likely in the upper Gulf about 2 meters, 2-3 meters in the lower Gulf and above 3 meters in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and small boat in the Gulf keep ashore until 23 December 2020.
