Weather Warning "Cool to Cold in upper Thailand and strong Wind-Waves in Gulf" No. 7 Time Issued January 10, 2021 |
| The strong high-pressure area from China covers upper Thailand. Cool to cold with strong winds are likely upper Thailand. Mountaintops having cold to very cold weather with isolated frost. People over upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather. The strong northeast monsoon across the Gulf of Thailand and the South forces the wind waves 2-3 meters high in the upper Gulf, 2-4 meters high in the lower portion. Residents along the shoreline should beware of inshore surf. All ships should proceed with caution. Small boats keep ashore until 13 January 2021. Another high-pressure area from China will extend to cover upper Thailand during 11-13 January 2021. Cool to cold with strong winds are likely upper Thailand and 2-4 °C drops in temperature.
