Weather Warning "Variable Weather Conditions over upper Thailand "

Variable weather conditions will be likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. Outbreaks of summer thunderstorms are expected with thunderbolts, gusty winds and hail in some place following with a decrease in temperature. These affect following regions:
On 26 March, summer thunderstorms are forecast in following regions:
East: Chon Buri including Pattaya City, and Rayong.
Central: Lop Buri and Saraburi, Ratchaburi, including Bangkok and its vicinity.
Outbreaks of isolated heavy rain will be likely in the South, especially provinces of Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phuket and Phangnga.
People stay safe and keep off outdoor places due to the severe weather conditions.
The moderate high pressure covers the Northeast and the South China Sea while outbreaks of hot spells are likely over these areas. The westerly through will move from Myanmar to the North and the Northeast leading to summer thunderstorms. During 27-29 March 2017, the easterly wind prevails will intensify across the Gulf and the South.
