Weather Warning "Summer Thunderstorms over Thailand and Heavy Rain in South "

Variable weather conditions affect outbreaks of summer thunderstorms over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. Thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail are possible in some areas, and then a decrease in temperature follows.
During 31 March, summer thunderstorms are expected in the Northeast, especially provinces of Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
The East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi and Trat.
During 1-2 April, more summer thunderstorms cover:
The North: Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Lamphun, Lampang, Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun.
The Northeast: Loei, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
The Central: Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Chai Nat, Uthai Thani, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi including Bangkok and its vicinity
The East: Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

During 1-5 April, outbreaks of more rainfall are forecast much of the South. The moderate wind waves about 2 meters high in the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution.
Another high pressure from China covers the Northeast and the South China Sea. It is expected cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea by tomorrow (1 April 2017) while hot spells occur in this area. This causes outbreaks of summer thunderstorms. The easterly winds will become strong during 1-5 April resulting in more rainfall with isolated heavy thundershowers.
