"Summer Thunderstorms over Thailand and Heavy Rain in South "

The weakening high pressure overs upper Thailand and the South China Sea causes a reduction of summer thunderstorm. Isolated thundershowers and gusty winds remain.
The low pressure covers eastern Malaysia while the moderate easterly wind prevails over the Gulf of Thailand. Heavy rain occurs much of the South with very heavy in some places following:
By 2 April, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Stun.
During 3-4 April, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Stun.
By 5 April, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Ranong and Phangnga.
The moderate wind waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution. People in the South should beware of possible flash flood.
