"Summer Thunderstorm over upper Thailand "

The moderate high pressure covers lower China and upper Vietnam is forecast to cover the Northeast and the South China Sea this afternoon 4 May. Outbreaks of hot with very hot spell occurs over the upper country. Summer thunderstorms will be possible lasting for the period of 7 May.
During 4-7 May 2017, outbreaks of summer thunderstorms are likely, as well as thunderbolts, gusty winds in many areas and isolated hail especially in the North and the Northeast:
During 4 May 2017, events are expected in the eastern North (Phayao, Phare, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun), the Northeast (Loei, Nong Bua Lun Phu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani), and the East (Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat).
During 5-7 May 2017, more thunderstorms are expected to expand in the North, the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East.
