"Summer Thunderstorm over upper Thailand "

The moderate high pressure covers upper Thailand with outbreaks of summer thunderstorms lasting for the period of 7 May.
During 5-7 May 2017, outbreaks of summer thunderstorms are likely, as well as thunderbolts, gusty winds in many areas and isolated hail especially in the North and the Northeast with a decrease in temperature.
By 5 May 2017, events are expected in provinces in the North (Mae Hong Son, Chiangmai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Sukhothai, Kamphaengphet and Tak), the Northeast (Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Yasothon, Kalasin, Roi Et, Maha Sarakham, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani), the Central (Ratchaburi, Kanchanaburi, Suphan Buri, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayuthaya, and Samut Songkhram) including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East (Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat).
During 6-7 May 2017, summer thunderstorm still covers some parts of the North, the Central while a decrease of summer thunderstorms is likely in the Northeast and the East.
