"Sever Heavy Rain in upper Thailand and strong winds in Andaman Sea "

During 24-28 May, more rain with heavy somewhere is expected in the Northeast and the eastern North
following with the Central and the East including Bangkok and it vicinity.
During 24-26 May
Northeast: Loei, Nong Khai, Bueang Kan, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Kalasin, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Buri Ram, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
Eastern North: Nan, Phayao, Phrae, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang.
During 27-28 May
Central: Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Suphan Buri, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram and Samut Sakhorn including Bangkok and its vicinity.
East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
During 24-28 May, continuous rain will be likely with severe rainfall in southern provinces: Ra-nong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang, and Satun. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea are likely 2-3 meters high.
People in the areas should beware of flash flood. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
The low pressure covers Vietnam and Tonkin Bay, and the stronger southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and Thailand. More rain is expected in the country with downpour in some places, and stronger wind waves are likely in the Andaman Sea.
