Weather Warning "Sever Heavy Rain in upper Thailand and strong winds in Andaman "

During 26-28 May, abundant rainfall with heavy somewhere is expected in the North, the Central and the East including Bangkok and it vicinity.
- North: Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Pitchit, Phetchabun and Kamphaeng Phet.
- Central: Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Uthai Thani, Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya including Bangkok and its vicinity.
- East and: Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat.
- Northeast: isolated heavy rain mostly in Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
-The South: rainfall thought out and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang.
People in the areas should beware of flash flood.
The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore.
The active low pressure covers in the lower of Bay of Bengal. It is expected move to the upper of Bay of Bengal and Myanmar during 27-29 May. The strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and Thailand. Abundant rainfall and isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in the country. The wind wave in the Andaman Sea is stronger.
