"Tropical Depression “KIROGI”"

The low-pressure cell covers the Andaman Sea affecting more rain and isolated heavy rain over the lower Central and the upper South. Residents should beware of possible flash flood. Affected areas are as followings:
- 21 November: Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon, Bangkok and its vicinity, Chon Buri, Rayong, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Rangong, Phangnga, Chumphon, Phuket, Krabi and Trang.
The rather strong high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea leads to outbreaks of thundershowers with cool spells decreasing by 1-2 íC. People stay safe and keep healthy.
The moderate wind waves are forecast about 2 meters high in both the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution. People in the South (east coast) should beware of inshore surge and stay tuned for the weather update.
