"Variable Weather in upper Thailand and Heavy Rain and Strong Wind Waves in South"

Outbreaks of thundershowers will be likely for a few days, and windy days with a decrease in temperature by 3-5 °C follows and affects in the Northeast. During 30-31 January, it will dominate the North, the East, and the Central including Bangkok and vicinity. Keep healthy and watch for crop’s failure.
During 1–4 February, another strong high pressure will extend to Thailand but cool to cold spells remains in the upper country.
The strong high-pressure over the Northeast is expected to cover the upper country soon while the northeast monsoon will get stronger across the Gulf. More rain with isolated torrential downpours are forecast for the South, and rough sea is expected 2-3 meters high in the Gulf and the Andaman. Inshore surges are still watched along the Gulf, and small boats keep ashore during 31 January to 4 February.
