Subject: Heavy to very heavy Rains in Country
and strong Wind-Waves
in Andaman Sea and upper Gulf

The monsoon
trough shifts across upper northern Thailand and upper Laos into the low-pressure
cell in upper Vietnam and Tonkin Bay. In addition, the rather strong southwest
monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain will
be forecast across the country while heavy to very heavy rains will be possible
in some places of the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South
regions. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash
floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands.
All transport takes more caution in thundershowers.

Lampang, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit and Tak.
Northeast: Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Nong
Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat
Charoen, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.
Central: Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi,
Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
South: Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket and Krabi.

Chumphon, Surat Thani, Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
In
the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand, the wind becomes rather
strong with waves 2-3 meters high and more than 3 meters high in
thundershowers. The lower Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf has waves about 2
meters high and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off
thundershowers. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf keep
ashore lasting 3 August.
