No. 9 (306/2023)
The active low-pressure cell over the lower South and Malaysia expected to move to the Andaman Sea while the rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the lower Gulf and the lower South with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in Chumpon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Ranong, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution, keep off
