Tropical Storm TALIM No. 10 (196/2023)

At 4.00 a.m. on 17 July, severe tropical storm TALIM over the upper South China Sea was due at latitude 19.9 degrees north, longitude 113.4 degrees east. With sustained wind of about 100 km/hr, it moves west-northwest with velocity to 15 km/hr. to pass through Hainan and make landfall over upper Vietnam by 18 and 19 July.
