Subject: Tropical Storm “PRAPIROON”

No. 5 (145/2024)

At 04.00 a.m. ICT (22 July 2024), the tropical storm “PRAPIROON” over Hainan Island, China or latitude 19.1 degrees North, longitude 109.7 degrees East with sustained winds about 75 km/hr. It is moving north-northwest at a speed about 20 km/hr. This storm is forecast to make landfall over southern China during 22–23 Jul 2024. This storm with no direct effect on Thailand’s weather. The travelers should check the weather conditions before traveling.
