At 4.00 a.m. on 3 November, tropical storm NALGAE near the coastline of southern China or at latitude 21.7 degrees north and longitude 114.0 degrees east with its sustained wind about 65 km/hr. The storm is moving northwest slowly and will make landfall over the coast of Guangdong, China on 3 November. Meanwhile, moderate high-pressure system from China extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea during 3 – 5 Nov, forcing the storm to decline rapidly with no affect to Thailand.
