The active low-pressure cell covers the upper Gulf of Thailand and the East. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough across the upper South causes isolated heavy rains in the Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity with isolated very heavy rains in the East and the South regions. People should beware of severe condition that may causes flash flood and overflows, especially along the foothills near the waterways and lowlands.

Northeast: Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani.
Central: Nakhon Sawan,
Uthai Thani, Suphan Buri, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi,
Samut Songkhram, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, including Bangkok
and its vicinity.
East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
South: Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.

The strong winds force the waves in the Gulf 2-3 meters high and in thundershowers more than 3 meters high. The upper Gulf and the lower Andaman Sea has waves about 2 meters high and in thundershowers above 2 meters high. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the lower Gulf keep ashore.
