The weather conditions vary with thundershowers, isolated gusty wind, and a decrease in temperature by 2-4 °C. The following places will be affected based on times.

The Northeast: Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram and Surin.
The lower North: Phetchabun, Phitsanulok, Phichit, Sukhothai and Uttaradit.

The moderate high pressure covers the Northeast of Thailand with outbreaks of rain spells over the lower North, the Northeast, the East and the Central. Also, gusty winds will be likely expected with a decrease in temperature by 2-3 °C. People should beware of the severe weather and keep healthy.
The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South will intensify affecting the waves 2-3 meter high in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani passing south. Inshore surges are still cautious. All ships proceed with caution, and small boat keeps ashore during 26 February – 2 March. ...more

During 25 Feb – 2 Mar 2017, the moderate high pressure areas from China extend covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Isolated thundershowers and gusty wind are likely over upper Thailand in the first period (on 25 Feb), after that 2-4 °C drops as well as cool to cold in the areas.
