General Situation
02 November 2025The active monsoon through lies across the upper South and the upper Gulf into an active low pressure cell over the middle South China Sea with the easterly and the southeasterly winds prevail across the North, the Central and the East. Meanwhile the weak high-pressure system covers upper Thailand. Rain/thundershowers and isolated heavy rain are likely across the upper country and the South, while morning cool are possible in the North. Farmers should take precautions against crop damage. People in upper Thailand and the upper South should keep healthy due to changeable weather and be aware of heavy rain and its accumulation. The moderate winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are expected to 1-2 meters high, and above 2 meters in thundershowers. In the Gulf and the lower Andaman Sea, waves are expected to be about 1 meter high, and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
