The moderate high-pressure system remains over the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea leading to the southerly and southeasterly winds prevailing across the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East regions. Meanwhile, hot weather occurs in upper Thailand where thunderstorms and gusty winds will be forecast in some areas.

During 10 - 12 April, the moderate high pressure-system from China remains cover the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea while hot weather remains over upper Thailand. The southerly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central and the East including Bangkok and its vicinity. Outbreaks of thunderstorms with gusty wind are expected over upper Thailand. The easterly wind prevail over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strengthen. More rains and isolated heavy rains are likely in the South. During 13 - 15 April, the high pressure-system covering the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea is weakening while the southerly and southeasterly winds still bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central, including Bangkok and its vicinity and the East regions. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds are likely in upper Thailand. The easterly wind prevailing over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will weaken. Less rains is forecast in the South (east coast). The westerly wind prevails over the Andaman sea with more rains in the South (west coast). During 16 - 17 April, another moderate high pressure-system from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea while hot weather remains over upper Thailand. The southerly and the southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the lower North, the lower Northeast, the Central and the East including Bangkok and its vicinity.
