The moderate high-pressure system from China extend to upper Laos, is expected to covers the eastern part of the North and the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea by today (6 Apr) leads the southerly and the southeasterly winds prevail across the upper country where there are hot weather. Outbreaks of summer storms are possible with thunderstorms, gusty wind and hail including lightning strike are in some areas of the upper country. People in the upper country should beware of severe conditions by keeping outdoor places away, big trees and unsecured billboards and farmers should prevent crops damage and animals’ danger and should keep healthy due to changeable weather. The easterly and southeasterly winds prevail over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers in the South. The wind and waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should keep off thundershowers.

Northeastern
Hot. Scattered thunderstorms with gust and hail mostly in Loei, Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 22-26 °C. Maximum temperature 35-38 °C. Easterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Central
Hot to very hot. Isolated thundershowers with gust mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Lopburi and Saraburi. Minimum temperature 24-26 °C. Maximum temperature 37-41 °C. Southterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
Eastern
Hot in the upper part. Isolated thundershowers with gust mostly in Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-27 °C. Maximum temperature 33-38 °C. Southeasterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Songkhla, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 23-25 °C. Maximum temperature 33-36 °C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 24-26 °C. Maximum temperature 33-36 °C. Easterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, above 1 meters offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
